Personal:
I only really started running in 2004 when I needed to lose 100 lbs. or so. I got active and started running and triathlons and still continue to participate in the local active events. I am married with 3 children.
Good morning jaunt on the usual parkway loop. Said hello to a few friends along the way that I didn't know or could hardly see. My reward is that the truck broke down on the way to school. Had to hitchhike on in. (Landreth 5: 255.96)
