Pretty good morning run.  It had been a week so I was feeling it a little.  Glad to get back in the groove after a busy week.  (Landreth 5:  619)

Braced up and survived the parkway loop this morning.  Was good to get that done.

Have vitamin I, will travel.  Took some at about 3am, than again at 5:30 before the run and it seemed that I didn't have issues with the foot.  Running in my Glycerins probably helped as the shoes are much newer than those others that I've been using with 500-600+ miles on them.

Barely made it on time racing down from Pine Valley after cooking at the Brandin' Iron. Parked, changed in the truck, got out and heard 45 seconds to start. Carrie met me at my truck with my timing chip and off we went. It felt as if we were really cruising as the pace felt quite zippy. Turns out it wasn't as zippy as we thought but it felt good. My foot bothered me for a mile and then just went to dull pain. If was cool looking down on town from up high and at night it's a great site. Carrie and I ran together and were doing quite well. It felt good to run harder than normal and I'm sure we'll be better for it. All 3 miles were just about the same and a good finish with some tasty smoothies at the end. (Energy:  46.6)

Good morning run. Got the vitamin 'I' in my system so the foot was decent. I kept pace around the parkway with the others. (Kinvara: 189)

Nice jaunt around the parkway.  Foot still giving me issues but hoping the ibuprofen can be a band aid.  (Kinvara 2 Yellow:  68)
