Suffered through a few miles while we are playing around in SLC. The leg really is only about 50% and is quite sore. Not sure what is going to happen but it's pretty annoying to have an aching leg all the time.

Pine Valley: Vis gave me the call and I answered. We took a moonlight stroll up the East road to the entrance of the campground. Was a good run out and back as we caught up on our summer activities while ending the day right with a little exercise! Was most needed since I had just pounded a load of cake and ice cream. Leg holding up and foot has succumbed to the leg issue.

Pine Valley:  beautiful run up the canyon this morning with Carrie. We did the loop back along the walkway trail.  So many options up here for trails but I keep liking this one.

Parkway loop with Rufio.  It is hot at 5:30am.  We finished our run with a dip in the pool at the Bluffview clubhouse.  Felt great.   (Stinson:  6)

HWY 89:  Found a good trail out by our campsite that wraps around the mountain. Did a little out and back while enjoying the great outdoors. Air is fresh, temps cool, was a perfect morning for a run. Ran into a random dude and made small talk.

HWY 89:  Went a different direction this morning and ended up climbing the mountain. Found another road/trail that just meandered away and ended at some old corrals at the highway. A true trail run with some mountainous climbing.  Feels good to be out and doing different things.       (Cumulus 8:   338.5)

Not a bad week considering that I had a couple weeks off with the leg injury. It still bothers me but I am learning to deal with the pain and soreness.

Got up a little late so I ran the parkway in reverse of normal to catch Rufio. Ran back to the clubhouse for a nice dip in the pool then I went out and picked up a few more miles. Was nice to break up the run this morning.             (Distance:  341.5)

Pine Valley: Extended the river walk trail loop to get an extra mile since I wanted to have even mileage this morning. Tried to increase the pace here and there for some variation. I don't know how effective it was but mixed up the run a bit.

Got up a bit late but still braved the humidity and my parkway.  Ended up adding a bit at the beginning so I just turned around at the overpass and came back.  Nice and overcast this morning.   (Blade Light Yellow:  172.65)
