My favorite Pine Valley 7 miler.  Up the canyon and down on the new river trail.  They are starting to pave it.  Great times.  (Landreth 4: 365.04 )

Woke up late so I just did a little 5K around the turf farm and back home.  Not a bad run.  Body stiff at first but gradually warmed up by the end.  (Triumph 5-B: 199.40)

Becoming my favorite run this year. The Pine Valley campground /  trail loop.  Nice and shady with perfect temps.  The trail is about half paved today.  (Cumulus 8: 173.60)

Out in the morning on a hwy 89 run by Hatch UT.  Great morning for a run.  Little too much traffic on that road for me.  (Triumph 5-B: 206.8)

Decided to hit the trails this morning and run around the hill of our camp.  Nice and cool.  A little muddy after the rain yesterday; however, no complaints.  (Triumph 5-B: 213.00)

Pine Valley:  Great run up to the campgrounds.  It rained so I took shelter then booked it back home.  So much better to run in the rain.  (Triumph 5-B: 218.26)

Pine Valley:  Just got going on my favorite loop and decided that I had time to do a little more.  I felt pretty good so I just started running around some back streets and decided to get 10.   The heal hurts like crazy but loosens up after some ibuprofen and such.

Pine Valley:  Love my favorite loop up the canyon and back on the river walk trail.  Nice and peaceful in the morning as it rained last night and I had some fog to deal with in the canyon.  (Cumulus 8: 180.60)
