Thought it was going to be chilly this morning since the front is moving in; however, it was actually quite warm.  Run was a bit zippy this morning and I am now enjoying some frozen slushy chocolate milk.  (Kinvara:  127.05)

It's cold outside and the running now requires a bit more clothing.  Good run.

Nice run this morning with the legs feeling the effects of the weekend binge of zingers and hoho's.

Pine Valley:  Enjoyed the cold morning air as we turkey trotted.  I extended the usual trot and went to my regular river trail loop instead of turning around at the reservoir.  Was chilly and felt like my legs hadn't been out in awhile.  Good to have the family all out and doing something.  (Triumph 5: 476.11)

After cyber shopping late last night, I got up and went on my parkway loop run.  Wasn't as cold as Pine Valley and it wasn't as cold as 5am so 7am was just right.  Enjoyed the company of bum as we reminisced our overindulgences of the previous day.  Came home and asked the girls if they wanted to go for a run and they declined but the boy took me up on the offer and promptly got on his bike and rode away.  Carrie and I chased him down and ran while he rode his bike until he got tired and we had to carry it back home.  So, that helped me pick up another mile and a half.  (Triumph 5-B: 249.2)

Good run this morning around the parkway.  Legs a little weak from the full body purge this weekend.  (Landreth 5: 385.25)
