Picked up Vis at 7:40ish and headed on to the Ivins central to load the bus.  It was a bit chilly as we waited at the start while Vis did some warm-up.  I warmed up by folding my arms and chatting with others while moving my legs side to side every once in awhile.

As the race began, Vis and I just strolled our way through the first couple of miles and had some good chit chat.  It was a bit much seeing all the hocus pocus St. Patty's day blah.  Shout out to the gal wearing her green underwear on the outside of her tights.... not flattering.

Goal was to be under an hour.. Vis was just humouring me by running with me... but we had to push it the last couple of miles to make it.. and we did.  Always nice to hit a goal.  Enjoyed running with Vis and meeting people along the way.  Said hello to my ex - step sister - still love her though and ran a bit before we had to leave to make our goal.

Weather ended up perfect and the chocolate milk is always welcome at the finish line.

The real hocus pocus is that you think I was humoring you. Nice pick-up at the end. We was rocking.
